The ATRACT device

Making ESD safer, faster and easier

ATRACT is a multitraction device used in endoscopic submucosal dissection. It is equipped with a tensioning device that increases traction throughout the procedure to ensure optimal exposure of the submucosal plane.

How it works

The steps of ESD procedure with ATRACT

01

Installing the device

The first step in the ESD procedure is a circumferential incision and appropriate trimming. At this stage, clips are used to attach the device loops to the edges of the lesion.
The rubber band is then attached to the opposite wall to provide traction for the first part of the procedure.

02

Beginning of the dissection

Dissection begins thanks to the device's initial multipolar traction force.

03

Tightening the device

When traction power becomes insufficient, it can be increased by pulling on the tightening loop.

04

End of the procedure

The end of the procedure is achieved with optimal exposure of the submucosa, made possible by the high traction force obtained, making the end of the procedure faster and safer.
